What we don't do
We're not a legal service. We won't misrepresent your identity or fabricate a legal basis to force a broker to remove accurate, lawfully public data — that undermines the request and can backfire on future ones.
- Guarantee complete or permanent removal on the first pass — some brokers respond slower than others, and any of them can re-list your information from the same source records later, which is exactly why ongoing monitoring exists, not because the first removal failed.

Can I opt out of data brokers myself instead of paying for this?

Will my information come back after it’s removed?

This service targets the data broker sites themselves — the full exposure audit maps and clears listings at the source. If a broker listing is also showing up prominently in your Google search results, that's a separate problem; our Google De-indexing service handles removing it from the index itself.
Is opting out of data brokers legal and permanent?
Opting out is legal — brokers are required to honor removal requests submitted through their own opt-out process. It isn't permanent on its own, though, since brokers can re-acquire and re-list the same data later, which is why ongoing monitoring matters.
